Wet end chemicals (Dry strength, retention aid and formation)

Natural materials such as modified Starch, Guar-gum derivative and CMC are added in wet end for the various purposes, you can give the paper various characteristics (dry strengthen improved, better formation).Based on evaluation results in our Laboratory, we present best solution to customers according to all kinds of pulp (Wood pulp and Recycled pulp)

Coating treatment (Surface size, Color binder)

With enhancing surface strength of paper (printing paper, newsprint etc.), we can recommend modified Starch (tapioca-starch, corn-starch) as a surface sizing agent to achieve a sustainable eco-friendly paper industry,
In addition, modified starch and CMC are widely used as a binder in color coating We have a lot of natural materials (with low viscosity) for optimum handling in high solids coatings.

Starch for ply bond

Spray starch is mainly adopted as an agent improving interlayer adhesive for boxboard. Un-gelatinized starch sprayed into layers of boxboard is gelatinized by heating from dryer. As a result, gelatinized starch enhances ply bond.

Chemical agent for Household and Specialty paper

Adding thickener or Moisturizer for household paper ,paper quality can be improved　and value-added tissues can be made. Futhermore, we deal with paper chemicals for synthetic fiber.
