Papylon (PVA fiber paper)
Papylon is a functional paper which is composed of PVA fiber.
It is the world’s first 100% single synthetic fiber paper, which we developed with Kyoto University, Kuraray Co., Ltd. and Hirose Paper Mfg Co.,Ltd. in 1957.
Papylon is firmly bonded with PVA binder fiber “Fibribond” (registered trademark of Sansho), and it has various features. We also can provide other functions by adding other fibers as necessary.
